Biografia Monica Murphy:

Monica Murphy è lo pseudonimo della scrittrice Californiana Karen Erickson. Ha avuto sin da piccola una passione per la parola scritta: le è sempre piaciuto leggere, come scrivere racconti romantici sulla sua band preferita (i Duran Duran). Fin da ragazzina la pervase la sensazione che scrivere libri avrebbe fatto parte del suo futuro.
Dopo la nascita del terzo figlio decise di voler realizzare i propri sogni e nel 2005 cercò di trovare un editore che si impegnasse a pubblicare i suoi scritti. Riuscì a concretizzare il suo desiderio nel 2006, pubblicando il suo primo romance contemporaneo.
Nel 2013, sotto lo pseudonimo di Monica Murphy pubblicò la sua prima serie New Adult.
Karen, alias Monica, è una maniaca del lavoro, che ama alla follia ciò che fa; nel suo tempo libero adora leggere e viaggiare con la sua famiglia.
Attualmente vive alle pendici del Parco naturale di Yosemite col marito, tre figli, un cane e diversi gatti.
